We meet at Barn Elms playing fields, on Queen Elizabeth Walk in Barnes, almost directly opposite the Wetland Centre. Parking facilities are available from 08:45 on a Sunday free of charge. As you come in through the gate, the track is in the south-east corner over to the left of the changing rooms.
Address (of the pavilion):

London Marathon Pavilion
Queen Elizabeth Walk

Note: Richmond’s Barn Elms playing fields is on the right hand side when driving down Queen Elizabeth Walk and is not to be confused with Wandsworth’s Barn Elms sports centre at the end of that lane.
Changing rooms with showers and toilets are available for the children to use in the main clubhouse situated in the Barn Elms playing fields sports complex at no extra cost. There is also a sheltered structure trackside where kit can be left and kept dry if raining. We also have the use of a locked storage area beneath this structure, but the area is accessed by other groups using the track during the week, so any valuables to the club will be kept ‘off-site’.
All sessions will be held on the track, or alongside the track. During the summer months we will have the use of the complete grassed area in the middle of the track. However, during the football season, this will be taken over as a football pitch and we will only have the use of this area till 10am if the local football team have a home fixture.
There is a cafe in the complex which is open on a Sunday morning where parents, guardians etc. can repair when their child is taking part in the athletics session.
