On Friday evening, 15th July, Sheen Shufflers Juniors, in conjunction with South London Orienteers will be hosting a Junior Orienteering event at Barn Elms Sports Trust, SW13 9SA. There will be two courses, 1K and 2K, or you can do them both! The event takes place within the confines of the complex and there will be experienced orienteers on hand to explain how to read an orienteering map and decipher the clues (basically, it’s one great treasure hunt). The cost of entry is £3 per child. There is no minimum age limit. Registration is from 6pm in the pavilion and light refreshments will be available.
